We will supply ham, baked potato with fixings, jello salad, rolls, pumpkin pie and wine.
Tables will be set up for 12 people and have a host or hostess. A side table for food will be provided. You will be responsible for setting and decorating your tables. You and other guests at your table will plan, prepare and bring any side dishes you wish. BYOB.
You will be able to set your tables between 12:00 PM and 2 PM on Saturday. Doors will be closed between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. Tables will be marked with host/hostess name.
Tickets go on sale Dec. 5, 2010 and are limited to 166!!
