The Sat. Market will enable people to sell crafts, homemade foods, etc.....however it's not for garage sale items.  Outside vendors are welcome, providing they get permission from me (table cost is $10 for outsiders, and $5.00 Owner's Rack, 8 Ft. table free to RCB owners).
