*New Equipment on order (discs, wands)
*New sound system should be installed
*We will now have brief club meetings at our potlucks so that all club members can participate in running our club by way of input
*Potlucks and banquets will be run by Volunteer individuals or groups, with
their ideas and themes
*A potluck set-up and procedures summary has been prepared
